Jen provided everything we needed while looking for a home. As first time homebuyers Jen walked us through the entire process. Not knowing where to begin, we were somewhat terrified of the process. Jen calmed us immediately and after just two days of looking at homes, we made our first offer on what is now our home. They don’t allow enough space for us to describe all of the ways Jen went above and beyond during our home buying process. When it is time to make our next home purchase, Jen is the only realtor we would use.

We used Jen to both buy and sell our property. Just so much energy and knowledge - and fantastic "hand holding" through a tough, long short sale. I had to relocate to Denver and there were so many times she went way out of her way to take care of something that needed looking into at the property. She also found a consignment store for some of the furniture not going w/ me, and for a "junk" pick up to clear the property out of the leftovers as the sale came closer and closer. I can not recommend Jen high enough!

Jen helped my wife and I buy the perfect new home for us as well as selling our existing town home all within a 4 month period. Jen was very effective in negotiating with the sellers of our new home and the buyers of our townhouse - in the process she saved us money on the new house and made sure we got the best price for the town home. She was always very responsive when we called and very good at following up on everything. We bought the new home in a month and sold our town home after a month on the market. She was very good at recommending the right amount of investment in staging the town home and getting realtors to see it.
