I met Jen while she was showing my cousin and her husband houses and I ended up living with my cousin for a while and love the house they bought. Jen, gave me her card and said when it's your time, give me a call. I remembered how she was patient and honest with her opinions about the houses we visited with my cousin. So, I made sure I kept her in mind. Last year, my sister in law bought a townhouse and Jen was the one who helped her as well. We love her townhouse too. This year was our turn and she was the first one who came to mind. We gave her a call late last year so we have been looking for a house for a while. We would email, text and call each other but Jen made herself available all the time. We gave her a list of our wants and needs and she made sure we saw houses that fit our list. When we sent her homes that we are interested in seeing, she made sure we saw it. Again, she gave her recommendations and helped us a lot during the tours pointing out what looks ok and what looks like we will have a problem in the near future. She would call the homes' agents if we have questions, no matter how trivial they are. We probably viewed more than 50 homes in a span of 6 months and Jen was there all the way. She never pressured us at any point to make an offer that we were not ready to make. We had to stop for a little bit just because we were getting frustrated but she did not stop checking up on us and was readily available when we called her again to pick up where we left off. All in all, Jen helped us find our dream home. We are very grateful for all her help, giving her precious time when we need to see her. Even now after we have moved in more than a month, she still checks up on us and make sure everything is ok with the house. We love her and her work ethics. We will surely give her name to family and friends needing help finding their dream homes too.

From the beginning Jen has been a great help when we first started looking for a new place, through multiple showings and even after the contracts were signed. She also provided a lot of great information on the surrounding areas that we were looking at, which was very helpful for us to make the right decision on where we wanted to live. seem to have a natural mistrust of real estate agents - I've just had too many bad experiences with people that don't know what they are doing and who always seemed too busy for me. Finally, I found someone who was honest and prepared. She found properties for me that other agents couldn't because she took the time to understand all of my needs and interests. I ended up buying a home in a location I wasn't aware of and it is much better than where we thought we wanted to be.
