My wife and I were looking to buy our first home, a townhouse and Jen was a huge help! She helped guide us through a series of different options and provided us with a full detailed report on each one we visited. She helped us weigh the pros and cons of each and the reports were great. We truly appreciate Jen’s drive and knowledge of the industry. I can tell you one thing for certain, I like the formula Jen offers versus the big box store mentality. Jen has the ability to focus on your listing, which is often missing from the big box store model. Jen has everything those offices offer, plus the boutique treatment that we desire. You should take that heavily into consideration when using an agent. Do they have the experience and time to assist me? I’ve spoken to Jen late into the night without complaint. She’s always checking in and making sure our needs are met. I’ve been with other realtors and never received that attention. Do you want a mass produced cup of Java that everyone claims to love because they really can’t admit they love the the Java from the boutique shop on the corner instead? Do you want someone who claims they are the best, or someone who is willing to show you they are the best? I think you get the picture, I prefer a personalize touch versus just being an MLS listing floating in cyberspace. Anyone can sell a listing. Jen will take the experience beyond that.
